klng1 Terms & Conditions

The following words and phrases used in these Terms have specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the klng1 website and all its services, games, and content.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who is registered on or accesses the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered personal account.
• "Bonus" refers to any financial or non-financial benefit provided by klng1.
• "Terms" refers to this complete terms and conditions document.

klng1 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To create an account on the klng1 platform and use its services, you must:

• Be legally entitled to participate in gaming activities.

• Not have had any previous account permanently closed.

2.2 Account Creation Rules

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts as well as the forfeiture of any deposited funds. 2.3 Account Verification

klng1 may request a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in the temporary suspension of your account.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following mobile financial services may be used to deposit funds on the klng1 platform:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — A digital financial service operated by the postal department.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
• Upay — UCB Bank's mobile financial service.

Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method). Before making a deposit, ensure you are sending funds to the correct account number.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Minimum withdrawal: ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile wallet from which the deposit was originally made.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds through fraudulent or unlawful means will be investigated by klng1. If proven, the relevant account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

klng1 offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳32,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are available only to eligible users through applicable methods.
• One bonus offer cannot be combined with another unless explicitly stated.
• klng1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the klng1 platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. We follow SSL encryption and fair play principles that ensure every game result is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Participating in games using any software, bot, or automated system.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results.
• Collusion with other users.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error causes any inconsistency in a game result, klng1 reserves the right to refund or void the relevant bet. klng1's decision in this regard will be considered final.

6.1 Bet Validity

When placing bets in the sports betting section, please consider the following:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• In-play betting rules after an event has started may differ.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with klng1's policy.

6.2 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits may be set for each event and market. klng1 reserves the right to change bet limits for any reason.

The klng1 VIP Program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

There is an opportunity to advance to a higher tier based on the user's gaming activity and engagement with the platform. Cashback benefits are credited to the account at a set time each week.

• Operating multiple accounts.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing. To reopen a closed account, you will need to contact support.

The user may not transfer any rights or obligations under these terms to a third party without klng1's prior written consent.

13.4 Amendment of Terms

klng1 may amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified as early as reasonably possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
